Posh condo for hole-in-one

PRESS RELEASE

SIME DARBY PROPERTY OFFERS A CONDOMINIUM TO EAGLE EYED GOLFERS IN THE NAME OF CHARITY

For Immediate Release October 21, 2010

Kuala Lumpur - Sime Darby Property, Malaysia’s premier sustainable community developer, is getting into the swing of things at the LPGA Malaysia by offering a RM600,000 unit at its upcoming condominium, Isola in Subang Jaya, to the lucky person scoring a hole-in-one at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC) during the tournament – all in the name of charity.

Commencing this Friday and running for the three days of the inaugural Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia event, the condominium will be on offer to any person who shoots the shot of a lifetime on the par three 15th hole on the KLGCC’s West Course while the tournament takes place on the East Course.

To enter, participants buy a ticket for RM10 before receiving a ball and waiting to get on the tee box and swinging to win the condominium. Every RM10 collected by Sime Darby Property will be presented to the Cancer Research Initiatives Foundation (CARIF) which is dedicated to achieving maximum benefit for Malaysian cancer patients through conducting research in priority areas and developing new therapies.

Raising money for charity and its corporate social responsibility programme is a key component of Sime Darby Property being a responsible member of Malaysia’s business community.

For the lucky person, the condominium at Isola will be a stunning and life-changing prize. The development has not yet been released to the public for buying as yet, so the winner will be the very first person to secure a residence there.

Sime Darby Property will also have a exhibition on the grounds of the KLGCC during the tournament highlighting a number of their sustainable communities, including Isola.

Located right next to the new Empire Shopping Gallery in Subang Jaya, Isola consists of 216 units in two 16-storey tower blocks. The condominiums – with a minimum of two bedrooms and two bathrooms - will range in size from 1,076 square feet to the 4,207 square foot Penthouses.

Its contemporary urban design incorporating key feng shui elements creates a positive chi environment. Facilities in the community will include a gym, swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, BBQ area and a kindergarten and covered playground for children.

Tickets to the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia are available through Ticketpro by calling 03 7880 7999 or through Ticketpro’s online servce at www.ticketpro.com.my

Why spend so much of Sime's time on a sport which has not given Msia much joy nor financial returns?

Follow the Singapore example la..!
Now they are on the route to dominate in Pong Ping (yep, Pong Ping - reverse engineering; pick the budding stars that are surplus to China's mean red machine who in their own right will be miles better than the rest of the world ex. their home nation; and lavish resources in the Republic; implemnt a good sports programme; make them respect the Singapre flag and parade them as Singaporeans, All that matters is that Singpaore appears among the medals. Msia has gone this route before but chose someone who did not exactly set the tracks ablaze, Australia and NZ have too, but not as successful as Spore).

Next juz watch Singapore rolling out ex-China Chinese (with names like Xie Zhuang, Li Lang, Tong Li ..as China Chinese as they can get) who will win Golds at SEA Games, ASIAN Games, Commonwealth and podium places at the Olympics in sports like Shooting, Gymnastics and badminton too.

Naper susah sgt kita nak tiru apa yang Spore buat? (the parts that work that is...)
